Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not obliged, however, to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Should we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party sites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
Copyright
The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or originator.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG). The former EU platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued in July 2025.
Use of artificial intelligence (transparency notice under Art. 50 EU AI Act)
This website partly uses content created with the help of generative artificial intelligence. This applies in particular to illustrative images (for example header graphics, category visuals and social media images) and, in individual cases, to supporting editorial text modules. Research, selection and final editorial responsibility rest with our team.
AI-generated images normally carry machine-readable provenance information (C2PA Content Credentials, IPTC Digital Source Type: trainedAlgorithmicMedia) that compatible platforms can read out.
